Shorenstein

Shorenstein, 1407 Broadway

Shorenstein Properties partnered with Nickerson to promote their newest project at 1407 Broadway in New York City, located within Times Square South, as they sought to reposition the property and position the building as the epicenter for NYC’s emerging tech market.

Nickerson developed a branding and marketing strategy to enhance visibility and placemaking at the building. The creative services team developed signage to cover the scaffolding on the façade of the building and a new website. Nickerson also created a destination buyer’s lounge for Buyer’s Weeks in the nearby Garment District.

Shorenstein worked with Nickerson to manage the complete rebranding, repositioning and communications for major assets in Boston and NYC, and I give them my strongest recommendation. Their real estate knowledge and industry experience, coupled with their full-service offerings, allowed for a seamless experience and excellent results. Nickerson’s team is always enjoyable to work with and we were consistently impressed with their ideas and recommendations. Nickerson’s efficiency, while always prioritizing the end goal, meant we could count on them to represent Shorenstein at important meetings, including the Garment District Alliance (formerly the Fashion Center BID) Board meetings. They collaborated with our project partners, including our architecture and cooperating brokerage firms, and developed the best solutions, going far beyond the call of a typical agency.
