As Bulfinch repositioned the former Atrium Mall in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, the firm enlisted Nickerson’s assistance to promote the reimagined medical asset to potential leasees. Cambridge Discovery Park

Bulfinch developed Cambridge Discovery Park in Cambridge, Massachusetts’ Alewife neighborhood to be a best-in-class life science, office, and R&D campus. Nickerson’s longstanding partnership with Bulfinch has seen the support of communications efforts from construction through leasing, and now through Bulfinch’s recapitalization of the development.
