Desired Technical Skills and Experience

  • Develop high impact social media graphics
  • Create visually stunning, integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • Maintain a strong understanding of social media platforms
  • Capitalizes on emerging social, cultural, and design industry trends
  • Have a finger on the pulse of culture across social media platforms, news, and other media
  • Prepare and deliver social media key insights through data visualization
  • Have an eye for creating on-brand, engaging content for partners
  • Present excellent storytelling skills that convey our partners’ brand vision
  • Have experience editing and recoloring photography and video
  • Must be able to integrate motion graphics, animation and video into work
  • Implement design quickly, independently or collaboratively
  • Develop multiple social graphics per day across all major social platforms-includes image-driven posts, motion-graphics, videos, GIFs, stories, and highlights

 

Agency Experience

  • Experience engaging with or presenting to clients
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Solid knowledge of marketing/design industry best practices
  • Experience managing vendors and orders on behalf of clients

Software Experience

  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud: After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships via CRM
  • Experience with Harvest or equivalent time tracking software
  • Experience with Asana or equivalent project management tracking software

 

Extra Experience as a plus!

  • Videography experience
  • Photography experience
  • Email marketing, Mailchimp/Constant Contact or Pardot experience
  • Member of a marketing/design industry-related club or organization

 

General Qualifications

  • 1 years+ graphic design experience required
  • 1 years+ agency experience required
  • 1+ years’ experience in marketing/design creation, preferably in the real estate, lifestyle, restaurant, and hospitality sectors
  • 1 years+ of experience in social media digital design
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask with fast turnaround times
  • Highly creative and conceptual
  • Works collaboratively with PR/Communications and Social Media teams
  • Must be a team player
  • Can speak to their work and present ideas creatively
  • Must be organized in a digital workspace and comfortable working remotely
  • This role is remote, but we prefer you live in the Los Angeles area

Must submit design portfolio for consideration
